Clinical Hypnotherapy

Sharon is a Clinical Hypnotherapist trained in TRTP, a revolutionary process that can resolve anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other trauma-related issues in just three sessions.

TRTP deals with underlying, unconscious core beliefs that keep a person stuck in patterns of thought, emotion, and behaviour. The emotional charge is taken out of past events, and the client is put in a place of empowerment in relation to the trauma.

“If I can use one word to describe the effect of TRTP on me, I would use the word – powerful.”
