Ride and Walk With Me

Join us for Ride and Walk With Me, a relaxed and inclusive way to get outside, move gently, and connect with others.

Participants can choose to walk or use one of our electric bikes, making this session accessible for a range of abilities and energy levels. There is no set pace, no pressure, and no expectation to do more than feels comfortable.

We will meet at the Veterans & Families Centre and head out together for a shared walk or ride, focusing on connection, fresh air, and time spent together rather than distance or fitness.

Available to veterans and their families as part of our ongoing support, and provided at no cost to you through the Veterans & Families Centre.
