DESCRIPTION:Launceston parkrun is a free, weekly 5km walk or run held every Saturday morning at the Inveresk Precinct. It is open to everyone and you are welcome to walk, jog, run, volunteer, or simply come along and enjoy the atmosphere. All abilities and paces are welcome.\nTeam Veteran is a parkrun running club created by Invictus Australia. It brings veterans and their families together through movement, connection, and shared routine, with a focus on inclusion, belonging, and community support. There is no pressure to perform and no expectation to run. Participation is about turning up, taking part in a way that feels right for you, and being part of a supportive environment.\nIf you are a veteran or family member looking for a friendly and welcoming way to get active and connect with others, you are invited to join Team Veteran and take part at your local parkrun.\nLaunceston parkrun takes place every Saturday at 9:00am.
